How you play
The basic rule of this game is to place a bet on the Layout, also known as the Roulette table. The roulette table consists of all numbers available plus space for outside bets. The outside bets are for bets that are made on colour, odd or even number or series of numbers (1-10 or 11-18 for example). The outside bets have a higher probability but also pay out less.
Players pick a slot representing where they think the roulette ball will land, whether it is an inside bet or an outside bet and then wait. The roulette wheel will spin while the roulette ball is spinning in the opposite direction, as it slows down the ball will fall into a number slot if the player has placed their bet on that exact number, they take home the win. The same goes for outside bets, that is: if the player places an outside bet on the colour red, and the ball stops on a red number slot the player takes home the win.
All bets are made before the beginning of the ball spinning, in real casinos no one is allowed to touch the table after bets are placed as this can confuse the courier when redistributing wins. Inside bets
The simplest inside bet is called a Single or a Straight. These bets are bets made on a single number. For this bet to be valid the chip must be placed within the square for the chosen number. Outside Bets
As previously noted these bets have better odds but pay-outs are usually slightly lower. All of these bets loose if a zero comes up. Below follows a table with the names of the outside bets and their descriptions.
